 Passion, Dedication & Commitment

I first experienced EMS training through injury recovery in 2015 in a clinical setting.   When preparing to run the Berlin Marathon in 2015, I suffered significant injury to my back. I was told by Doctors that "I've suffered irreversible damage and  I  would not be able to run again".  I  was utterly devastated! But my parents had taught me that nothing is impossible, so, I started a comprehensive physiotherapy programme where EMS was utilised.  The physiotherapist incorporated electrical impulses as part of the treatment to strengthen my muscles and rebuild their power.  After eight months of disciplined rehabilitation, I was able to get back to running, and I started training with my husband for my next event, the Paris Marathon 2016.  We ran the marathon together, and it became a life milestone.

As a busy mother of twins, sports is something I've always gravitated towards, and a healthy lifestyle is simply part of our everyday life as a family.  Upon permanently settling in the UK, I discovered that EMS was now available for fitness training, offering its benefits to people of all different fitness levels. And our journey began as I wanted to become part of this new way of training.  As a certified trainer, I want to support others to activate their bodies, improve their fitness and wellbeing, by improving muscle strength, body balance and overall fitness.
